Home Gym, Sorry. lol We`re supposed to get a foot of snow here in New Jersey I think.

Still... Home Gym. ahhhh
 
made it to the gym but i did NOT go running this morning.
 
I was going to do some Tai Boe but my roommate was hanging around watchin some crap on tv. Not enough room in my bedroom to do the video. I am going don't care if I have to drive 40km all the way to the gym. Anyways bad weather days are better less people show up so no waiting.
 
I actually rode my bike last night about 4 miles to the gym and 4 miles back home. Hey, this was a challenge because it was 30 degrees and kind of windy. I had that extra drive yesterday though, I mean I just felt like pushing myself and I did. 4 miles is nothing, but I am not used to 30 degrees and windy maybe 20 degress with windchill. I feel great today, I had a good workout last night. Ready to rock bors.

LOL, reminds me of when I was in college, small bedroom, doing my Tae Bo tape, and roundhoused the dresser. :bawling: My toes!! :jump:

Someone did a complete 360 right infront of me this morning. Stayed on the road though, and managed somehow not to hit anyone.

15-20 minute drive took 40 min ah well got here with the car in one piece that is all I care about!
 
There has been like 8 or 9 inches of snow here in the past couple days, but even with all of the shoveling still made it to the gym.

In fact, its snowing again right now. I am tired of the snow already!!
 
i missed my work out because i have quit working out... i am experimenting with creative visualization... so i just sat on the couch going over my 5x5 routine in my head.
 
The storm hasn't hit were I am yet...we're supposed to get it later this afternoon. I don't think it's gonna be nearly as bad as it was for Hamilton and Toronto though.

I got to go tonight and the weather looks even more shitty than last night oh well the gym should be good and empty!
 
I walk to the gym in my apt complex. Down 3 floors, out past the pool & hottub and i'm there....must be a good 30 feet door to door. I might get in the hot tub Saturday morning.
 
super, join me in the hot tub...I'll even make some of those girly drinks with the umbrellas in 'em. (they might be for me though)
 
-40 yesterday, -45 today...made it to the gym both days....but damn, it hurt to go outside.

It's going down to about -55 tonight. Fuck it, I'm not getting out of bed 'til summer.
 
I just don't see why humans tolerate that kinda weather.
 
I made it tonight and it was good almost like a ghost town. However some jerk off walked away friom the leg curl and assumed he was finshed I was cleaning his nastyness off it when he pokes me and I pull away my head sets from my ear "umm I am not finshed yet. " Well fuck head you walked away from it anyways the MOFO only had one set left so I just rolled my eyes and let him go ahead of me.

Imagine weather so cold it physically hurts to be outside. Like a deep ache right down to your bones, combined with feeling like your skin is on fire (which is actually the skin begining to freeze).

People die pretty frequently in my area from exposure.

I'm moving this summer, I swear to God.

Look at the bright side. You didn't have to carry a load of firewood to put in the gym stove to keep warm.

superqt, the zip I live in is 30% Asian, 60% white, some mexicans, Indians and 2% black. Some day I'm gonna find that other black person.....we need to hook up.

Good point. I could have did shoulders and forearms at the same time while trudging there.

I heard one of my Canuck acquaintences refer to Montreal as Monkeyhall. I decided I didn't wanna know what he meant by that. LOL
