Who can re-size pics?

I have a few pics I just tried to post, but it says the file is too big. Can somebody help me out?

What format are they in? Are they jpgs?

Do you have software like a PaintShop or Photoshop?

If so, you can save the pics in .jpg format (if they're not already) and that should make the file smaller.

In good programs (like photoshop) you can also resize and adjust the quality of the pic, which both makes the byte size different. Do you have photoshop?
