Jenetic i have read up on some of your posts and seems you realy know your stuff i hope you will be able to help me with your knowledge.

I am 25 and have been lifting for 8 years 5 serious early last year i went on a course of 200mg Deca 250mg Sust per week for 8 weeks i did not use any pct and had no probs i then stayed clean for about 3 months and had another cycle of 200mg Deca and 500mg Sust per week for 8 weeks then nothing until 11th week when i took 1500iu hcg x3 mon/wed/fri and had no probs in Nov last year which was 2 weeks after coming of the hcg as above i had to take a sperm test as me and my partner have been trying for a baby the results came back aroun 1.9 million sperm per mil and i was told it should be more like 20 million.

last week i had to go for another sperm test and have been told that this time there is nothing there practically no sperm at all.

I have now started a fresh cycle 1st week
400mg Deca per week
500mg Sust per week
50mg Proviron Per day
I will take the above for 8 weeks then was going to take hcg 3 weeks after last injection 1500iu x3 mon/wed/fri
have i caused myself infertility or is there anything you can tell me to help i have not had any erection probs at all post cycle ect.
Is there anything you can tell me that might help or is there something i should be taking post cycle any info would be much appreciated bro as this is really worrying me.

You need to incoporate an FSH preparation such as Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) or rFSH. These are very difficult to find on the black market. However, you can readily obtain this from a physician such as an endocrinologist or urologist.

Thanks for that Jenetic if i can get hold of theese how often do i need to take it and what dose ??

also if i cannot get hold of theese on the black market will a physician just give me theese or what will i need to tell him to get them??

Since you have the necessary tests results to qualify for this type of treatment, there shouldn't be too many problems obtaining this from a physician. The starting dosage for HMG or rFSH is 75-150 IUs 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in conjunction with your HCG. Let me know if it is in fact available to you.

I will let you know if this is available as soon as i find out if i can get this will this solve my problem ie sperm count and for how long would i need to continue this treatment so what would i need to take hCG and HMG together for how long ect
also when i finish the course that im on if i just had the hCG x3 Mon/Wed/Fri for three weeks at 1500iu + clomid 1st day 300mg
2-10 day 100mg
10-21 day 50mg
would this make any difference or is it definately the HMG i need i understand that hmg has stimulates both LH & FSH so therefore would i still need the hCG??

There is no reason to use such a high initial dosage of Clomid in this scenario. I've never met any medical professional, all of which are well established endocrinologists that work with athletes, whom advise this type of protocol. Honestly, it's just garbage that's been recycled over the internet.

The typical duration of treatment for the resotration of fertility is approximately 12 weeks on average.

Was the last semen analysis performed when you were on cycle?

Yes the last semen test was taken when i was on cycle. I do not know as yet if the HMG is available but do know that the person i get my gear from has not heard of it so as you said i think it is doubtfull i will be able to obtain it on the black market.
If i cannot get the HMG what would you suggest as a good PCT which would hopefully help my body return to its normal state.
Also i would like to take the opportunity to tell you that the things you have told me and some of your posts have helped me tremendously and i thankyou for this.
Also the fertility clinic took some blood samples as i told them i had been using anabolic steroids and the consultant said they could have put me into early male menapause and said if this was the case there is nothing they can do for me. Is this true??

And if i cannot obtain the HMG what would you suggest??

Your unfavorable test results are to be expected considering it was performed during your cycle and even more so considering your sperm production was slightly impaired as is. It's unecessary and much to early to start panicing. Don't worry about the HMG at the present time. Just make sure to run a full PCT consisting of HCG, Nolavdex and Clomid followed by blood work and another semen analysis. Only then will we be able to see if it's even necessary for further treatment.

The fertility clinic you are going to is full of nonsense.

Thanks for your response to my last question this has put me somewhat at ease and i will makesure i run a full pct when finishing cycle followed by bloodwork and a further semen analysis.
I will let you know how i get on with this in several weeks.
