I'm sitting here with the appliance repairman
a 2 month old dryer has malfuntioned and I'm pissed
I feel like even after it's fixed I have a lemon
fisher and paykel was the brand
consumer reports gave the company a decent rating so I bought both a dryer and washer
it's an australian company
now that I've been on the net I see other's having trouble with their product
I'm pissed
I feel like the unit should be replaced
I told them I'm going to trash them on the net eveywhere I can
amazon
e-opinions etc. etc.
and fuck lowe's too (1 lousy week to return manufacturer defective products)
from now on I'm buying appliances with my amercian express card
amex doubles the warranty
and amex will get issues taken care of
if you're a good amex member they take care of you
