Which supplement is best for me?

im sure this question has been asked bfore but im new here and was wanting some info from peoepl who have tried different things. I and 5-11 178lbs. I have been lifting for a while and am decently "ripped" as peoepl say but i have no mass if you know what i mean. I tried weight gainers and stuff but i burn it up as fast i can drink it. I was wanting to know more about muscle mass tho, which supplement would be best for increasing my muscle mass? creatine, z mass, ripped fuel? i dont much bout any of these products, so dont flame me to bad, but i would liek to know what has worked for others.

I'd say add a protein powder after your workouts and b4 bed to start..no supplement will give u miracle gains, and basically diet will determine how much mass u will put on..3500 calories=1lb, so shoot to get at least that many calories in a day a..pnd u should be well on ur way....

As far as other supplements, creatine would probably be what i would suggest, but the majority of the gains on that is water weight, but it will definately help, just make sure u do ur research on it..personally i gained 15 pounds off of creatine...

I was in the same boat you're in right now and experimented with many different supplement combos and here's what I found. Make sure you get a protein packed meal in for breakfast, if you lift in the morning I found it was much better to eat a small snack before lifting then get a good meal in after. I achieved solid gains in a rather short period using testroxin gel and drinking universal's BCAA stack. You also may get tired of hearing it but EAT EAT EAT even if it's just a snack keep some protein bars or something with you. Good luck bro.
