im sure this question has been asked bfore but im new here and was wanting some info from peoepl who have tried different things. I and 5-11 178lbs. I have been lifting for a while and am decently "ripped" as peoepl say but i have no mass if you know what i mean. I tried weight gainers and stuff but i burn it up as fast i can drink it. I was wanting to know more about muscle mass tho, which supplement would be best for increasing my muscle mass? creatine, z mass, ripped fuel? i dont much bout any of these products, so dont flame me to bad, but i would liek to know what has worked for others.
