A=

Sun - OFF

Mon - Deltoids, Triceps, Very Light Chest work

Tues- Back, Deadlifts, Abs

Wed- OFF

Thur- Chest, Biceps

Fri - Legs , Deadlifts

Sat- OFF

Sun- OFF

Cardio post wokout HIT 10-20 minutes
Diet = Modified low carb diet
Goal= Mild Cutter

B=

Sun- Cardio

Mon- Chest, triceps, deltoids

Tues- Cardio

Wed- Back, Biceps, Traps

Thur- Legs, Abs

Fri - OFF

Sat- Repeat or OFF

same goals as above except have dedicated cardio days of about 1 hour
 
I like the second split better, but I would swap thursday and friday and put cardio on thursda. Lift heavy on each, saturday off, to recover from an extensive leg day.

It is just the days that I have found that works best for me...I tried so many different routines and day combos including lifting 6 days a week. It seems that I respond better to 3 days a week of heavy lifting...Anyway, The way I do it is Cardio on Sun, Mon Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Chest Tris abs front an side delts on Mon
Back Bi's and rear delts on Wednesday
Legs on Friday
I go all out on leg day..I don't do cardio on that day or the following...It is just what works well for me.
Now gimme some K for all that typing! LOL

I can do cardio every day...30 to 45 minutes per day and still remain at 15% BF...I gotta go extreme low on the cals to cut the fat.
 
bro is I can share any one gift of Knowledge to you is that your try

no carb cardio double days

do this 3 times a week only

1)the night before the no carb cardio double day cut carbs after lunch whether you lift later or not.

2) any meals after luch must have NO carbs

3) first thing in the AM do 30 minutes ONLY of cardio but do it at around 70% intensity

4) all meals after are NO carbs at all

5) at night do 30 minutes ONLY of cardio but the last 10 minutes do some sprints

6) next day gradually reglycogenate for your day off or next lifting session. but have no more than 40 grams of carbs per meal

7) post lifiting ONLY on grueling days you can have a carb cheat meal

I got it cut and copied....I'm am about willing to try anything...Believe it or not, I had my best results last year when I kept the PT extremely high and everything else extremely low.
I hate to say it but I went through a ton of MRP's I prolly used 4 MRP's per day, along with my Post workout shake.
I felt great throughout the cutter...but I got tired of the meal selection.LOL
 
i personally like the "a" split better. i've never been a fan of back/biceps, chest/triceps days. training tri's on chest day takes away from my chest workout. likewise, training biceps on back days greatly distracts from my back work.

3 heavy days a week w/ a 4 day split works best for me. plenty of recovery time.

my current revolving split:

mon - back/triceps
tues - off
wed - off
thurs - chest/biceps
fri - legs
sat - off
sun - off
mon - shoulders

when cutting, i'll do two 45 min cardio sessions/day 5-6 days/wk. one upon rising, one after workout. no carbs after 6pm.

excellent advice for endos omega. i feel leaner just looking @ your post.

but why not do back bis on monday, chest/shoulder/tris ond wed and legs on fri?

that was my old split when i was lifting heavy.
