because whoever it is deleted a post flexed1 made before he moved the post to the mod forum,
then, this person moved the post that flexed moved back.
then, this person deleted the entire thread.
it might not be a mod, kini, but it is definitely a member with mod connections. personally, though, i think it is you. It seems like some kind of convoluted attempt to teach me a lesson.
Whoever it is, though, will be hard pressed to find something i have posted that i do not admit fully. i am who i am, i do not present fronts.

Why cant the mods be upfront about what they are doing? It would make things a lot easier. In my case, instead of telling me straight up my sig was a problem, they go into it and make it look like someone hacked it, starting a whole big mess. Instead of being upfront, they do it sneaky. Why not just do it upfront I ask? Why be sneaky? Why?

If one mod edited your sig, forgot to turn on the PM notification feature and signed off how were the rest of us supposed to know?
Come on. It is sooooo not like that. It is all a matter of perception.
And yes, there are times when things are done without telling the entire board exactly what and why. This has been gone over time and time again. ie: bannings. We take a vote amongst ourselves and then it is either done or it isn't.
Not all the mods are always 100% in agreement, but if there is a general consensus then so it is done.
Not every board member will agree with every step that the administration takes. Look at that long ass thread that George put up about him personally banning Bocephus. This is just how it is when you have so many people with so many different points of view.

I hear what you are saying, but the fact is that Velvet edited my sig and denied it while I wasted all day investigating. If she had been upfront from the start, there would have been no confusion. Agreed?

Sometimes the mods just go and do because SOMETIMES when members are asked politely over and over again (not saying this about you in particular) that member does not comply.
I am truly sorry that you feel like you were fucked with, but I honestly don't think it happened like that.
Everyone will NOT be pleased all the time. Believe me when I tell you that includes that mods. We just don't disagree in front of the board. (Or at least we shouldn't.)
