Which mod can answer a question about possbile scammer?

I have a question about this and dont know who to ask or where(PM or email to ask). I wasnt looking for a source but some how "stumbled" upon a supposed source. Just need to clear this up.

this isnt a source post or source request just a simple which mod can i pm that might be able to tell me if this is legit or not. all i need is someone to say they will talk to me and then answer a yes ive heard of them and there cool or not i havent or yea i have and they are fake. thats it.
