i wouldnt want to be addicted to cigs. gives you shortness of breath, and in the end, cancer. at least alcohol lends itself to goodtimes, whereas you can't really have fun smoking.
smoking. my lifts suffer way more when i drink then when i smoke. doesn't matter if i have 2 beers or 10 i never lift as much as i usually do the next day. smoking i usually can do my workouts without interference. however my mouth tastes like a fucking ashtray then for a day or two. in the long run i'm sure smoking is worse for you though
