Which is worse for achieving goals in the gym... alcohol or smoking.

Don't say that both are bad, because we all know they are. If you HAD to be addicted to one.. which would it be?
 
I would say smoking
 
i wouldnt want to be addicted to cigs. gives you shortness of breath, and in the end, cancer. at least alcohol lends itself to goodtimes, whereas you can't really have fun smoking.
 
I think they are 2 seperate questions. Which you`de rather be addicted to? or Which Is better for gains in the gym?


They don`t have to be the same answer.

If you were out to get gains in the gym, and you HAD to be addicted to either smoking of drinking.. which would it be?
 
smoking. my lifts suffer way more when i drink then when i smoke. doesn't matter if i have 2 beers or 10 i never lift as much as i usually do the next day. smoking i usually can do my workouts without interference. however my mouth tastes like a fucking ashtray then for a day or two. in the long run i'm sure smoking is worse for you though
 
aas + alcohol = liver damage
aas + cigs = not as good gains + cancer

drink your lemon juice and girly juice. ohg and cranbeddy
