If you have limited time to eat, and you are dieting, is it better not to eat at all until you have time for quality food or eat whats available...sometimes I have no time to eat for like 5 hours unless its fast crap....My goal is cutting also..about 13-15% bf and trying for 10% by june..

its better to cheap in my opinion than to starve yourself if it happens occasionally. if this is a reg practice, it will def hinder your goals. what "crap" are you eating. there are def some ways to get around eating shit if you are on the go.

Agree with this completely. Find the "best" crap you can and eat something.

whats better...meatballs, pizza with no cheese..Sometimes its soo f-in hard to eat right when you are always on the go.

If you can't plan ahead and make your food and bring it with it with you, then you don't really want to lose fat. Don't get mad. It's just a fact of dieting. You have to prepare. A lot of normal people that I help don't have a problem eating bland food. They can't get used to cooking it before and bringing it with them wherever they go.

very true...Is it bad to have food out for that long due to food born illness..I alot of time dont have a microwave or fride...Should I substitue with shake and protein bars and stuff..I usually bring canned chicken and tuna with me and eat it right outta the can while in my car..

You know, I don't really crave the stuff when I'm not cutting, but when I'm lean & maintaining, it's ALL over. It's not that I'm bored with my diet, I enjoy eating clean but I no longer allow ANPB in my house. Talk about a food fit  :D

Yeah but hey...At least then you have something you can enjoy and accually want to eat....Probably safer than having to stop at a fast food joint, or go buy a "candy", I mean protein bar lol. Especially when cutting....

Yeah I hit the PB pretty good yesterday :-) Mmmm Crunchy PB....*drools*

LOL, my food is all (generally) prepped & I can carry a cooler with my daily meals if I'm out of town of traveling. :) I'm THAT committed to my diet when I'm cutting & even maintaining.

Enjoy some PB for me too ;)

i use anpb when im cutting and bulking. i usually eat around 10-12 teaspoons between 6 and 10 when im home. i love the stuff. my new thing is the smuckers with honey anpb. has a few more carbs, but not many and it tastes amazing.

There are some decent choices for low carb PB out there now...Skippy has a real good one.
You have to watch out for the ingredients. The All Natural Options are usually "Just Peanuts" ... compare that one ingredient to the ingredient lists of the other options, which is shorter :)

I believe 2 tablespoons is about 190 calories, 16 grams fat, 8 grams protein, 7 grams of carbs... not sure, that's off the top of my head.

Yeah could be a mini-meal... maybe go for 3 tablesppons... depends on your daily intake (what else you've eaten for that day and going to eat).

I agree with Mak completely. I've got a big ass cooler that i bring to work with me everyday. And when i'm off its usually in my car with me if im running errands or whatever. Is it a pain in the ass but i know it will all be worth it and have to really want it. Honestly, i think training is the easy part. I work 12hr days much of the time and I have a 45 min commute each way. And i still have a life. Just remember whenever you are watching tv, typing on your computer, having sex...Some chicken could be backing in the oven. :)

Sooo true...I definately need to go get a cooler...I could cook one day to last me four....I actually never thought to do that....I always stress about eating since I work full time and go to college full time...thanks alot guys...
