Well basically they are the same thing so I think they both work rather well...But I would use a single ester such as enanthate or cyp

muscleup is right on, there... single esters are easier to control, blood-level-wise.

I have not used single esters yet. No complaints from the sus that I am taking right now. But I would probably listen to muscleup/willy since he has been in the game longer than me.
