Which Is Better, Whey Or Casein?

dude come on bro, this kinda shit kills me. What are you asking? Which one is better for what? And for one this is the anabolics board, for 2 you should know this shit by now, you've been on here forever. Whey is faster absorbing/ Casein is slower absorbing. Whey is better for postworkout, because that is when you need quick replenishment. Casein is great before bed. I like a mixture of both, so you get a little of each. But postworkout is always Whey. Casein will stick with you much longer and tend to fill you up more. So I use it more for Meal Replacement and add some Flax oil-instead of Whey.
 
A combination of the two is best.Whey is rapidly absorbed/oxidized but has a superior amino profile,while casein has a much slower release into the blood stream.Comining the two gives a timed-release effect of amino's and is better than using either alone.
