And for one this is the anabolics board, for 2 you should know this shit by now, you've been on here forever. Whey is faster absorbing/ Casein is slower absorbing. Whey is better for postworkout, because that is when you need quick replenishment. Casein is great before bed. I like a mixture of both, so you get a little of each. But postworkout is always Whey. Casein will stick with you much longer and tend to fill you up more. So I use it more for Meal Replacement and add some Flax oil-instead of Whey.
