Which is better clen or alb...with the least amount of side effect...which i can use on a cycle of deca...what is the best time to start taking the alb or clen...i have a show...figure april 22...im starting a cycle of dec next week. i took clen last season but i really did not like it...it made me to anxious...i only stayed on it like 3 weeks. thanks for the help

The girl I work with on all of my articles and projects (she's my editor, a nationally ranked figure competitor, and has a degree in sports medicine) tells me that almost 100% of the girls she knows in figure competitions prefer Albuterol over clen as well.

I used liquid clen for 2 weeks with no results but now am too scared to use it again as i heard it can slow down your metabolism. Does Albuterol have the same long term effects on slowing down metabolism.

I think clen is stronger and will give better results. But I will use neither since it kills cardiac muscle

I am a physician and am unsure of how much fat one is expected to burn on clenbuterol? Over what time period?
