i dont think the red bull is anywhere as bad for your lifting as the booze and diet soda... caffeine before a workout is a good thing sometimes but it loses all effect if you are ADDICTED to it...also booze is obviously something that will dehydrate you...come on think about these things

Okay check this out...Do you think I'm not addicted to Pizza...Fuk yeah I'am..But I gave it up...Why Because I'm on a cycle..If you think it's bad for you then Why keep doing it..... People think they can just do cycle a get results..Shit some people could but their not getting the full benifits of gear....Let's get this straight here..When you get on a cycle you have to give up certain things....It's why this is a lifestyle...Because it's a certain way we live...
 
I don't think there's anything wrong with diet Coke, but beer and red bull? That's pure sugar bro, unless you drink the sugar free Red Bull. The worst is the beer obvioulsy. I drink diet soda everyday and I'm 12 days out from a show. And I'm 4% BF. Doesn't seem to affect me.

Well Bro no offense but I think you answered your own question if what you're doing is screwing up your work out then maybe you should stop doing it.
