Which cycle is the best?

My friend is a well experienced gearhead and for the most part I respect his opinion. He keeps telling me to run some sustanon. Here are my three options for my next cycle.

My last cycle was my first and I ran 500mg QV Enanth and 75mg fina eod for 11 weeks. I ended up 25lbs. to 220. I had no problems with itchy nipples or anything close. I had very little water weight too. My goal is keep building solid mass.

What do you like the best and why? Thanks!

Option 1
Weeks 1-4 Russian dbol 30mg/day
Weeks 1-12 QV Enanthate 700mg/week
Weeks 1-12 Fina 100mg eod

Option 2
Weeks 1-4 Russian dbol 30mg/day
Weeks 1-12 QV Enanthate 200mg/week
Weeks 1-12 Niles Sustanon 500mg/week
Weeks 1-12 Fina 100mg eod

Option 3
Weeks 1-4 Russian dbol 30mg/day
Weeks 1-12 Niles Sustanon 700mg/week
Weeks 1-12 Fina 100mg eod
 
well it is almost impossible to do 700mg/wk of nile sust a week, you have to do 750. i dont think someone should run sust till they are ready for 250mg/eod. so i would go with option 1. esspecially since it worked so well last time. and make sure you do the fina ed....you want to try and keep your blood levels constant. and fina is very fast acting and will be out of you in day.

this is a very good point, I will never do sust again unless it is eod or perhaps e3d. It just seems a waste in my opinion and I am sick of the old test is test is test responses. No, sustanon is a slightly different animal as JC points out here.
 
Thanks for the help. I was using 700mg/week of sust as just an estimate. I was really leaning more towards 1 eod because the research shows that is where people have the best gains. I think that is what I will do, but I will hold off on that until my third cycle.

I don't want to jump to 750/week from 500/week, when 500 worked so well. I will probably bump to 600 or 650 and see what happens.
