Which burns fat better: clen, or e/c/a?

I need to drop a few pounds. What has your experience been: Does clen burn fat better than the eph/caffeine/aspirin stack, or is it the other way around? Thanks for your input!

I left out the most important answer, like SOLIDSPINE SAID cardio and diet are the "KEY" to loose fat. WELL SAID SOLIDSPINE!!!

If all else is the same the answer is Thermorexin.
But if I had to pick from those two it would be ECA. Just because clen makes people tired at the doses you need to equal ECA. So your training, cardio in particular, will probably suffer.

all three actually rotate very well.

some also, like ulter enjoy stacking clen and thermorexin.

if you use Ephedrine, be absolutely sure it is guaifenesin free. Since Guaifenesin is a muscle relaxant (increased injury) and adrenergic blocker (less stim and less lipolysis)

I had unbelievable results with clenbuterol the first time I used it - far better than ECA. I'd say clenbuterol if you've never used it and haven't abused thermogenics too much.

Do you have a study for the andrenergic blocker properties? PubMed only gives me some strange results having little to do with what I'm looking for :p

actually those strange results are probably the ones that you are looking for

Methocarbamol, a widely used anaestethic and muscle relaxant, is actually just a longer acting version of guaifenesin.

I saw Much Much better results with ECA than I ever did with clen. Im sure clen is good, but To me personally, ECA was alot better - str8cubano

First off, your diet and training are goana be the key factors regardless.

Having said that, I feel it depends on where you are currently at as far as body fat is concerned. If you are around 15% or higher, I would definitely go with the ECA or Thermorexin as suggested by Ulter. You can run it for the longer period of time that is needed to drop the extra weight. Otherwise, go with the clen. You will have much more immediate results that you can see visually and feel physically when your body fat is already low.

I usually stay around 10% year round. Anytime I need to or want to drop a few I just adjust my diet and cardio. Maybe a little Masteron, Proviron and Test. Just with that I can drop down to 7% fairly quickly. Clen works great but I don't like to use it unless I absolutely have to.

Don't forget, it's just an added booster. Diet and exercise are still your first and best weapon.

Good Luck

What do yuo mean tired? im on 40mcg will up to 60 tommorow and today i felt kinda tired 8 hours later.... i found that strange

At the end of the day it varies by individual. Some get better results from clen than from ECA. Also the aspirin in ECA may be useless, maybe you should put yohimbine in instead of aspirin.
