i love splenda - it is not super sweet, just right. Next would have to be equal!!!

i have splenda every morning with my oatmeal and ALA - IT ROCKS!!!

i have to agree, splenda has a very smooth clean taste, no unwanted aftertaste. I just find sometimes I have to use a considerable amount to achieve the sweetness that I want. I don't have a sweet tooth or like things overly sweet.

That's funny, Splenda has a weird taste to me, Equal is more of a neutral, sugar-like sweet but still not the same.

SPLENDA ALL THE WAY!!! Nothing like it. I add to shakes, oatmeal, cooked meals. Anything else I think of too.

We have one from HERMESTAS. 1dl = 9grams. Per 100g = 1.2g protein, 55g carbs, 42g fibers, 0g fat...

Pure Liquid Sucralose is Bomb, No tiny amounts of Dextrose or Maltodextrin. Next fav is Splenda.

Splenda! Splenda! Splenda! but I have to put a lot of Splenda in my oatmeal to make it sweet but who cares? Its the "healthiest" sweetner avaliable. I tried Stevia last week and ergh! horrible taste! but probably Stevia is a good choice too cause I tried at a natural food market and everything there was organic. In Europe all the sweeteners have maltodextrin and they taste like sweet'n low. I tried hermesetas before and it sucks but in Europe, at least in Portugal and Spain, I dont see good sweetener at the supermarkets

I love EQUAL, but sweet-n-low is garbage, if I have time I'll dig up some studies on rats+cancer w/ snl

there have been a long debate on saccharin and cancer
and
cyclamates and cancer

but both sweetener seem to be perfectly safe (though still some doubts about cyclamates)

Either way, cancer or not (although I have seen the useless studies that OD the rats), it still tastes awful, when compared to higher quality sweetners of course. Equal and SnL have no comparison, IMO, taste wise. I think splenda beats out the rest for everyone, but for me it's the good old EQUAL.

I bought a box of spelnda ealier and the week and love it! I've been going unsweetened for about 8 months now, so it's nice to actually enjoy my food again.
