Its good for post-workout and for when you need to SUPPLEMENT protein into your diet.
I use PROLAB.
I only use whey. Used creatine, didnt like the bloat.
Your new, but try to keep these type of questions on the diet and supplement. I'm not saying it because I'm tryin to be a dick, but for your own sake, you'll get better and more responses there.
