well, i been wondering about this for a while now.
could there be some kind of connection between eating whey protein and getting zits?
my face is totally clear right now, i havnt been taking B5 for a month or so, I havnt been using any zit creme or gels or anything, i've been eating the same as I usually do, all is the same but I have been avoiding whey protein.
yesterday i get a shake at the gym (whey protein) and today I got a big zit on my chinny chin chin... fuck!! lol..
I was just wondering if maybe somehow in the liver maybe my liver cant deal with the protein or somethin..
just curious if anyone else has ever experienced any of the same coincedence.
cheers everyone
