Whey prot - digestive response

I posted this in the wrong place and, of course, it died there .. So, I am posting it again. :(

Any of you know if the proteins in the Whey are pure aminoacids or is a compound protein with a low digestive response?
I have reed that all of you take your protein shake PWO, but if that proteins are going to be in your blood two hours later, shouldn't be better to take them PreWO so they'll be there when your muscles are more receptive?

By the way, witch one is better the Pure Whey or the Isolated one?
Is Prolab a good branch?

some people drink half their shake before the workout. but if you drink your shake right after you workout the protein will get into your muscles quickly enough. even if you have a meal 2 hours before your workout that will be ok.

I like optimum nutrition powder :)
 
Drink a shake before and after.
I drink:
Whey with ANPB about 1-1.5 hours before for slower digestion and energy.
Isolate with Dextrose post weight workout.
 
Good info for a newbbie like me, guys !
I am currently taken Amino pills post WO, but only 3gr of aminos there. Like I reed somewhere, I could blow my nose and produce more prot than that !!
I don't know if I will be able to buy the pure Whey and the Isolated one now, but I'll try.

By the way, what is ANPB? :worried:
