Where to inject?

Just wodering where to inject at. shoulders, legs, traps, ass, stomace?
Tell me?
Aslo how do you know if you hit a vein? Its sort of hard to pull on the syringe plunger where your doing it yourself.

Use the quad. I have used it for years without a problem. You will not hit a vein if you are careful. Just make sure to aspirate and you will do fine. If blood shows up then you know not to inject but if air bubbles appear then you are good to go!

Check out 2thicks Injection page... Its a must for the first timer. I would suggest the Delts or the Quads but everyone is different. Good luck.

He's right though - it can be very hard to aspirate when you put it in the glute. So far I find the right thigh easiest (for aspirating), though it took me about 3 tries to finally find a good spot.

I guess it gets easier with time...? I think I need to hire a hot nurse to do this or something... take my mind off it...
