where to inject in leg

sit down and stick right into top of your leg, flex so you can see the definition of the muscle, then pinpoint the middle, the thickest part so you know where..
then RELAX the muscle and inject. i also have done the lateral (side of leg where your hands rest when at your side. never any pain there, quads hurt the first few times)

quad is my fav. spread index and thumb apart in an 'L' shape, place index above knee, hit at tip of thumb. Nice and meaty. Go in slow and make sure to aspirate.

quads are great. you can go left quad then left glute, right quad then right glute. It makes it easy and you do not have to worry about scar tissue building up in one spot.

Quads are at the top of my list too...I measure the legnth of my thumb and index finger from my knee to the upper quad area. As said, stay to the outside of the quad and go in on a slight angle in. There are nerves up there, but I only hit then rarely.

i hit traps and lats with igf, doesnt hurt at all,but thats with a slin pin
