where to get R-ala

First, is there a difference between ALA and r-ALA, and if there is, where is a good place to get r-ala/good suppliers.

ALA is a mixture of R and S ALA. The R being the natural and the S being synthetic. The S part gets in the way of the R and inhibits it's ability to partition your carbs.
