where to buy RALA?

I can only find it on the AF store. Do they ship to the UK?

Millie, Can you please tell me how much an average bottle lasts?
I usually eat 3 carb+protein meals a day (one being post workout)
and get about 40g of carbs per c+p meal

so for 40g carbs. how many tabs would i need?

1 cap per 30 -40. grams of carbs. I think it`s 2 for about 60 grams of carbs.
