Yes.. I had to have kidney surgery.. but no worries... I am back on the 5-a-day-D-Bol-plan!!!

I have been away from the computer because the office where I work is moving so I been laying around on my ass and watching Judge Judy and sleeping. That surgery sucked really bad.. so if any of you ever get really bad kidney stones and they begin to cause trauma.. just have them remove the whole kidney.. it will be less painful.
