Where does all the weight come and go?

I'm the same size, no diffrence in looks, same bf, yet I drop my cycle and I lose 8 pounds in two weeks, can it really just be water if you don't notice any diffrence in looks?

But yea, mostly water weight. I think I look better after I lose the bloat since it can hide some definition.
