where do i find boxes, for moving?

Hi i am moving myself in early august, I wish to find boxes with which to move. My work doesnt have any we got a recent round of new comps in may but all the boxes have been recycled.

where should i look for boxes, I am moving about 10 miles away so its not like its a long journey but still i want to make it in one trip with the uhaul.

I just go up to the counter and ask?? Sorr for my ignorance I have never had to move myself before the only other time I moved was down to college and then I took boxes from my parents who had a ton in there basement.

Yes.....go ask the manager or someone with the authority to let you have some. Most larger places such as WalMart or Kmart usually bale their boxes for recycling but you can probably catch some boxes before they are baled.
