I say when we started letting all kinds of people from foreign countrys in. That is the sole reason why America is no longer a safe place to live. If I could speak another language, I would haul ass out of this country.

We are the laughing stock of the planet right now. We dont even have an offical race or religion it seems. We dont even look down on people who practice a religon other than christianity.

What makes you an americian these days? All you have to do is move to the USA and that is it. Half the people in this country are loyal to another country. They dont know shit about bieng an american. They just think our country is like a landfill. That is how our country is viewed these days. A dumping ground for peiple that are tired or their countrys.

Are you even proud to be an American these days?
 
Yeah, because we all know that Timothy McVeigh character was a foreigner. Of course all of the foreigners are responsible for everything that has made the US "unsafe". I'll bet those fuckers even had something to do with Columbine. There's no way white kids could've done that.

Which version of America do you like best? You know it varies from region to region. I personally like the diverse America that allows anyone to do or become anything they are willing to achieve regardless of race, religion, sex, etc. I guess you prefer the Northern Idaho version?

But more than anything I really enjoyed the "Official Religion" thing, that one's a classic. You know what? It should be Mormon. After all, isn't the Mormon religion an actual American religion? Oh yeah, I say we go with The Church of Latter Day Saints as the "Offical Religion" of the United States.

The United States of America wouldn't be what it is if we didn't let
Foreigners in. We ARE a multi diverse country. I am Proud to be An American, and equally proud of my German ancestry. This country has always survived and grown from "Foreigners" and we wouldn't be the power that we are now. It's our elected officials. AWWW hell with this, waste of time typing. One question. Are you a Native American? Then you linage probably is a dumping of trash. First colonies, dumping ground because of religion. Irish potato famine. Dumping of poor, African Americans, no choice on some, later government suppression. What I'm trying to say is our diversity IS WHAT IS AMERICAN. If you cannot see that then you miss the whole purpose of a FREE STATE. I have more, but for some reason believe this rant to be as effective as drinking a glass of near beer and looking for a buzz.
This country is great, the people are great, and if you don't believe that, I have been to some third world shit holes that makes me appreciate everyone and everything about this great country.

Balls...you poor stupid child....don't you realize that since it's inception this country has been completely made up of immigrants? That's what the American dream is, come to America, where anything is possible.

the desire to live free from political or religous persecution, the desire to have unlimited opportunities, to enjoy the freedoms that we have in this country.
these things are not based on race.

I think B.O.S. was referring to the fact that immigrants nowadays arent proud to be American citizens. They just get here and take adsvantage of the system. They still brag about there homeland being the shit (even though they left it). Fuck them. People who come here not giving a shit should not be let in.

Well we do need to imporve our education system somehow to bring ourselves on par with the rest of the developed world, right? Money is never the answer, but it sure can't hurt on some level, like teacher salaries.

They spend more and more money every year, yet more children cannot read or write. The money is wasted and misused. Hell, they lost like 450 million between 1995-2000 because of fraud and mismanagement.

How about we actually teach something worthwhile, instead of the bullshit about "say no to drugs", tolerance, safe sex, and being a great world citizen. Kids cannot read, but they sure as hell know about the liberal agenda.

Let me keep my tax money and choose where my kids will go to school, whether that be private or public. Education is mentioned no where in the Constitution, thus the government needs to get the hell out of it.
 
"Say no to drugs" is not a liberal agenda. I hate heroin and shit like that. I dated a girl who wound up addicted to the shit. I don't consider steroids to be a drug. Test occurs naturally...we simply supplement it.

I understand that, but I do not want my tax dollars wasted on telling kids that drugs are bad. It is the parents job,not the public schools. That is the point.
