So how much is a good amount??? I am confused because I see kinds that have 1000 mg of ephedra extract and some have 25mg of ephedra alkaloids

Stick with pure Ephedrine, not Ephedra, which is normally standardized for 8% alks

San Tight is Ephedrine. Do not surpass 100mg a day. You should start off with 25mg and see how you react. You can work up from there. Make sure you drink plenty of water
