Whens it going to happen

Not me. Are you having this problem? Stats, diet, and training please? What "gains" are you looking for and not seeing? Has your strength increased? Have you put on no weight?

How/with what are you injecting? What kind of gear are you using?
 
deca will make you stronger in a few weeks. you'll feel the 'lubrication' of the joints.. unlike any other gear!
 
Yeh afraid so, Im 31 5'10" been lifting for 6 yrs. Im taking 500mg of karachi sust p/w split into 2 injections and 200mg of norma deca once a wk. Course is planned for 10wks and im now into the start of my 6th week. Diet I would say is good Im eating more quality proteins than Ive ever done about 220 grams per day. Starting weight was 172 lbs and Im now 187. I do feel stronger but weights havnt went up. Is it just taking its time to kick in. Cheers Bro
 
Wait a sec - you're up ten pound. that's a big jump.

What do you mean you "feel" stronger, but the wieghts haven't went up?

you'rer eating plenty of protein - how much carbohydrate are you consuming? What kinds of carbs?

How many calories are you taking in?
 
SM, no hes up 15 lbs. WTF were you expecting?
 
Im up 15 pounds in body weight. Like I said I feel stonger like more stamina but Im not pushing any more weight than I was before. Eating about 120 grams of carbs rice, pasta, bread. Im taking about 2500 cals per day. The last time I did a cycle a couple of years ago I would go in to the gym and maybe be up 3~4 reps every sesion. So thats why I thought this was a little strange.

evander, your carb intake sucks IMO. 120 grams? That means less than 20% of your caloric intake comes in the form of quality athletic fuel!!! You're eating 114 grams of fat per day? That's about 45% of your calories? No wonder your training is at a fizzle.

If I were you I'd put your protein intake at 190 grams per day - this is plenty, more than you need anyway. Stick your fat intake at 25% and pack the rest with carbohydrate.
