When you say room-mate?

Haha, damn I was picturing a couple of guys in single beds at the opposite ends of one-bedroom constantly pissing each other off.

That was college. I had a couple different roomies bc I went to a couple different schools. Awesome guys. We did some really crazy shit. Always pissed eachother off but in the end it made us better.

I miss those zany times man.

actually, i am in college so my roomate shares the room with me, there is a bed on each end of the room and we have a bathroom, sink, toilet, and shower

That's BEQ in the Corps. When I refer to my roommate I mean the guy who shares a small room with me. I get along with my new roommate now. He is TAD to the 505th on a different camp so he stays there. When he is around we get along. He has a wife a kids back in the states. The thought of not being able to provide for them keeps him from doing anything stupid.

we had three-men rooms at my first duty station. we get annoyed with each other. one of them would bring over this chic to bang. which would suck cause the fools feet would stink up the entire room after taking off his shoes

Like DJ said, we had 3 to a room. I was in NC for a lot of my time. It was a blast though, putting kegs in the shower and hurricane parties. Semper Fi.

I hate having more than 2 in a room. One being gone happens a lot, but waiting for 2 or more to leave at once for more than 15 minutes is far and few between. We had 4 to a room with no locks on the doors when I was going to MOS school in Ft. Lee, and a community head. If you went to go take a piss you better lock your shit up.

Okinawa sucks when it comes to liquor in the barracks. They crack down a lot on it now. Too many things become an international incident. So many rules to follow. I worked with the boys from 1/3 for 6 months on my TAD to camp gaurd. In Hawaii standard civilian attire was board shorts, sandals, and a tank top. Over here in order to go off base you have to shirt tucked in. Best part of it is they don't want us to stand out in case terrorists are watching. As if being taller than the average Japanese person, and of every background but Japanese doesn't make us stand out enough they have us follow a dress code that allows anyone to say "Yup, hes in the service".

When were you in one rep? Oohrah
