When would you suggest cutting after a bulking cycle?

Hey all,

I just finnished my 8 wk cycle of test cyp last week about 5 days ago was a week after the last pin so it's pretty much gone.

I've been trying to utalize the dermacrine but I left the shit at a friends I can't get to!

anyhow, I've been out of the gym 5 days and I'm kicking my self for it hard, not to mention I dropped my diet hard core (like eatting 7 times a day to in the last 5 days maybe eatting 2 or 3! and not even clean)

I went through some shit and a bunch of things got in the way but thats not the point...

Just getting off cycle so I stand to loose gains, dropped my diet hard core, and havnt been lifting for a week almost now, so needless to say I'm worried about loosing bad. I was going to start a cutting phase now but am worried about loosing to much given the circumstances, what would you reccomend???

+Start the cutting diet and cardio ASAP
or
+I keep trying to bulk for a bit to make sure I retain as much as possable since the test cycle is over?

I think you should keep eating a clean high calorie high protien diet. Keep training hard, and get plenty of rest. Don't overtrain. Do this untill you know you have fully recovered.
 
Get your shit together first and foremost bro....then get back to the gym, get diet back in check...the #1 reason guys lose their gains after a cycle is because they slack-off....that's when you should train even harder...

Start your P C T soon, recover....get back into your routine....then a few months from now consider your cutter.

Keep your cals up. When cutting, you go into caloric deficit, meaning weight loss. Right now this will mean loss of muscle, and all that time and money you spent on getting bigger. Eat and train harder now than you did when on cycle if you plan on keeping your gains

Perfect Answers guys thanks for the insight. I'll get back at it again today and go buy a shit load of food!

I have nolva and femera, should I drop the femera and just use Nolva and the PCT or continue them both you think?

If the Dermacrine is SUSTAIN ALPHA, then just use that and you're good to go.... if it's original Derma, stop using it...that will likely suppress you further. Sustain is meant for P C T.

Otherwise, run 20mg Nolva E D... not may favorite, but if that's what you have... careful, it could mess up your libido!
Also, since you're not running any H C G, you don't need an A I at this point...especially not letro!! Too strong! I would highly suggest you get yourself some Sustain though.
 
l usually wait about 2 months. i dont run another cycle but I will slowly replace my cuts of meat with leaner choices and lower my carbs and up my protein. i start slow with cardio and when I plateau i will drop a few cals and when that stalls i will add a little boost such as e/c/a, albuterol, or clen and then step the cardio up a notch.

don't start until august. So right now I'm just spending time with the family(long overdue). And about to start a badass cycle right before law school.

i usually just drop the calories back to normal diet, and ramp up the cardio. my bulking diet is around 4500 calories daily, normal diet is around 3700-3900 calories. still eating 6 + meals a day.
 
God it's good to be back on track today!

I'm happier and have much more energy, it seems so much more comfortable to be eatting or taking a supp every hour rather than sitting and doing nothing for my over all health...I know I'm a freak but good god it's good to be back at it!

Time to get my Derm on
