When will I be ready?

6'1, 23 , 250, 20 % bf.

Squat 300 BELOW PARALLEL ( 3 x 5 ..don't max out due to herniated disc and knee meniscus tears)
Deadlift 400 ( 3 reps )
Bench 300 ( 1 rep max )

I ran a Var,Proviron,Transderm cycle with Osta during the pct with large strength gains and the loss of my what had become an out of control gut. The cycle was ruined because the boxing gym I worked/owned went out of business and it was a rough time for me. I have slight gyno from childhood ( since I was about 13, hasn't gotten better or worse on cycle even when running aromasin )

I would like to do another cycle, this time, I am comfortable enough to use injectable AAS and the wiser people on the forum have talked to me in detail about how it is better and cheaper for me to do. I am training for size...to be quite honest, I don't care about having abs...I just don't want to be fat? So I don't eat poorly neither macro wise or quality of food wise and I train hard. I have heard a lot of guys tell me that I should drop to 15-16% bf before starting and others say no.

WHEN WILL I BE READY? I just want to be huge...and lift really heavy things. This hugeness doesn't necessarily mean I want/need to be vascular...I just want more muscle.

Do I still need to drop BF to cycle?


Also when I do cycle,has anyone here had a cycle designed for them by someone on the forum? If so please pm or post here with your experience. ( I don't want anyone throwing anyone under the bus hence I asked for the pm )

I think the body-fat % is relevant to what your base is.. 6-1, 250, at 20% is different than 6-1, 200, at 20%. I know a lot of guys don't have the desire to be lean and cut. Some just want to be big and strong, and that is fine. You just have to realize the higher the body fat % you have, the higher risk of side effects. If you were to go on cycle, I'd use something like T-Bol, Var, or Winstrol. Or a low dose Test with EQ.
You could also go the route of SARMS. LGD and GW-50 will help you pack on muscle and get leaner.
 
Thank you for the response. I am happy to diet and cut weight I just like doing things for a reason and it seems like enough people are telling me I need to drop below 20% first. I was going to run GW and about to ask do I need to run any supports or PCT with that? Why would I run LGD and GW together, not saying I shouldn't, just curious as to how they compliment each other?

LGD will add to your muscle and strength gains, just a good addition.

I am new to the sarms world so I am no expert, but the general consensus is that you do not need any type of PCT with GW. With LGD, studies show that it does not effect your LH of FSH, so just a good test booster would work for PCT.

I have been on S1 GW for about 4 weeks now. I am on a hardcore bulk and I really believe it is helping me to stay lean.
 
Thanks. I am excited about the prospect of dieting down and using GW and LGD to help, now I just need to find out the best dosage and length of cycle.
 
Really, you don't have to "diet" per-say with GW. Just eat how you are now, and keep your workout intense.

I believe the dosing for GW is 8-12 weeks, 10-20mg a day. Preferably 20mg per day

LGD is starting at 10mg and slowly increasing the dosages, I think 8 weeks for that is what is recommended. It is suggested to run a Test Booster like HCGenerate to help keep suppression to a minimum.

This might be a nice little stack, but someone other than me should give their opinion on it.

1-8 LGD-4033, 10-12mg/day
1-12 GW-50, 20mg/day
1-12 HCGenerate
9-14 Unleashed
9-14 D-AA

X10 + don't let your ego get you hurt to begin with!!

nobody should ever get injured weightlifting! if done with proper form and consistently its downright impossible to ever get injured.

I got injured playing football.. I got injured in a car crash, I got injured riding a horse.. but I have NEVER hurt myself in the weight room.
 
I have no idea where I said I hurt myself squatting. I simply do not max out on the squat because for me I feel that 3x5, or 5-3-1 progression is safer rather than potentially overloading the bar and tearing something or slipping another disc.

My injuries are from outside weight lifting and I have not hurt myself training. Thanks for the input. If anyone has anything to say about the LGD/GW cycle, I am all ears( eyes).
 
Discipline in your Diet and cardio is your best friend now. Problem with doing var or winstrol is it will be hard to see benefits with high body fat.
