when ur stuck at platoo how do u get over

when ur stuck at a certain weight how the hell do u get over that hump!ive been at 200 forever now drop down to 190 off cycle and go right back up too 200 no matter what i do to get over it whats ur guys input
 
When you hit a plateau, that's when you're supposed to hit a cycle. But I guess it's too late for that...I'd go natural for a while, and when you hit a plateau again...change up your routine and maybe even the diet...then when you hit another plateau...change the routine and/or diet again.

Then after you try that, and you're still stuck...hit a cycle.

go for quality not quantity, you may need a break, you may be at your genetic limit?
 
This may sound stupid but eat more carbs. I got stuck at 185 lbs. and I was eating high protien moderate fat low carbs and was getting nowhere. I started eating high carbs high protien moderate fat and I went up to 195 in about 6 weeks and I'm still gaining. Not all of it will be muscle but might dumbell press (chest) went from 105 x 10 to 115 x 8 in that 6 week period. Most of my other lifts went up as well. Give it a try.

on average a person will reach a plateau at week 6, at this point your body has become accustomed to eating heavy, it i sup to you to add MORE calories to ur diet to help u over come, then u will begin resuming more and more size.......the power of DIET
 
I trained for 5-6 weeks without making any gains (off-cycle). Turns out all I needed was more food. That would be my first guess.

Second.. Your not training properly and need to focus on fatiguing a muscle rather than moving the wieght.

Third.. Your training properly, but need to switch your routine because your body has become accustomed to it.
