thanks but I already knew this. I have a contest coming up in less than 4 weeks and I read somewhere to use it before tanning to spot reduce sub Q water. What I want to know is if this is correct or if there is a particular time of day you should use it like before cardio? - cbeaks

Use it everyday for the next 4 weeks where ever u are having the problem area's...BUT u need to mix it with DMSO so it will get absorbed into the skin.....I mix the thimucase cream and about 2 caps of the dmso in a plastic bowl then i apply it.... Use it before tanning and before ur workouts.....Works very well

I have never heard about spot injecting thiomucase. That would seem pretty unsterile to me. Did you just get the prep h at the grocery store or did you order that canadian brand? - cbeaks

Which prep h did you use the regular stuff or the cooling gel, might try it.

...Unless the ingredients have cahnged, the dmso is not necessary.....I used and then wrapped in saran wrap WHILE i tanned...


there is an injectable version of THio...but we are talking about the cream.

I guess it depends on how much you would have to use but a tube here only costs between 5 and 6 bucks.

I HEARD FROM A NATIONAL FITNESS COMPETITOR HERE IN MEXICO, THAT THIOMUCASE COMES IN CREAM, INYECTION AND SUPOSITORIES. SHE SAID THAT THE INY IS THE BEST FOR CLEANING THE PROBLEM AREAS IN WOMEN SUCH AS LOVE HANDLES AND LOWER PART OF THE GLUTES, IS IT WORTH IT?

1)would there be any benefit of mixing yohimburn - DF and thiomucase on the sight being rubbed in.

2) What is thiomucase used for, apart from drawing water out of fat cells, im sure i heard somewhere that it helps in the dispersing of drugs - is this correct?
