When to take winny?

Hey, I'm about to throw winny into my cycle this weekend but not sure when to take it in the day. I will be taking 50mg ED, 2x25mg tabs... when are the best times to take this? And take on empty stomach or with food or does it matter? Thanks!

I tried looking it up for you since no one's posted a reply yet. I don't know... If u know the half life of it... that'd help greatly.


P.S. You can drink winny (had to add that one even though we're talking about tabs here!)

take them around 8 hours apart. It shouldn't affect your sleep patterns so taking it late shouldn’t be a problem.

I haven't seen a problem taking it on an empty stomach, but as with most orals, more will get in your blood stream if you have food digesting with it.

Divide the dose as much as possible.

Take one 25mg tab in the morning, and take the second around 6pmish. That should work nicely for you.

one in the AM with breakfast, one in the PM with evening meal or shake. Take some Fish Oil, Krill and Milk Thistle shortly before and after.
