When to take NYC and ephedrine onCKD

I do my workouts at around 5or6PM. Weigts AND cardio together. One in the morning before? or after breakfast? and maybe about an hour before my WO with my meal? Should I take any after?

I would take one in the afternoon or whenever you feel hungry, and I would take 2 tabs NYC before the workout.

i have been using a ECA stack when i am on my keto diet, would it be beneficial to switch to NYC? I've never even heard of the stuff...

I did`nt understand that really. When you say one in the afternoon... one what? ephedrine? or NYC? or both?

Is ephedrine just for hunger? because I don`t need hunger suppressants. Diets are easy for me in that regard. If thats the case then it should be only the 2 NYC`s? I WAS going to follow you`re sample diet and supplement plan on your CKD article. Also do I take it/them every day? even carb up?

NYC only, mixing both is not for everyone, you can try but it might be a little too brutal

than don't take the ECA during the day, for the so called fat-buring effect is fairly minor

it/them? you mean NYC, I would suggest taking NYC alone day 1-6, but not day 7(carb up). Before the workout you can take 2 NYC's and, since you don't need the other factors, I would only take NYC 2 times a day - before the workout and between meals (if on CKD).
