When to take Nolvadex

I was on my 1st cycle (in 15+ years). Was doing 20mg Dbol and 500mg QV Test Enanthate. I had to stop the cycle early due to a bout with cellulitus. I then switched to a concentrated test enan from a well known source in my other quad and couldn't walk for over a week....anyway..my question...After being off the cycle for about 2 days I noticed my right nipple was bigger than my left. Never experienced any sensitivity or itching. Just that it was larger. So, when I go back on cycle in 2 weeks, do I need to take Nolvadex and if so, when do I start and at what dosage?

Did the nipple go back to normal size yet? Most likely the condidtion was caused for the dbol and not the test in such a short period of time, therefore if I were running dbol again I'd run the nolva right from the start.

If you just came "off" your cycle of enanthate then you are not really off, as it takes several weeks for blood levels to drop back down to the normal range, so how can you be starting another one in two weeks? I would start off with 40 mg. of nolva today and use until swelling subsides...
