When to take nolvadex ! Help

Hey if I'm in a 8 week cycle and I want to minimize the side effects (acne/water retention etc) when do I have to take the estrogen receptor? Thanks for your help

on cycle you use anastrozole to lower estrogen

nolvadex will not lower estrogen only block receptors

Oh I see I thought nolvadex could help because I read this information " Many individuals may likewise find it necessary to use an antiestrogen, in which case a low dosage of Nolvadex®(tamoxifen citrate) or Proviron®(mesterolone) would be appropriate. Also correlating with estrogen, water retention should be noticeable with Sustanon. This is not desirable when the athlete is looking to maintain a quality look to the physique, so this is certainly not an idea drug for contest preparation."

Have no idea why you would want to use nolvadex, the newer generation Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators(serms) anastrozole, letrozole, etc do a better job on cycle. Plus nolvadex will lower your igf-1!!
