When to take my clomid & nolva

I just started my 1st cyle yesturday. It is going to be 1.5 CC's of Prop EOD for 8 weeks. I have a 30 mL bottle of clomid @ 50 mg/mL & a 30 mL bottle of nolva @ 20 mg/ML. When should I begin to take the ancillaries and @ how much and how often. Thank you.

But really you should do your homework first in this matter. You should know every aspects good and bad of the lifestyle you just entered.. before jumping in with both feet.
