Just got my stuff from ag-guys.(clen, fem, nolva) When should I take the clen? I was thinking first thing in the morning. How about taking the nolva+fem? I was thinking after my workout. Just mix with juice and good to go.

Take the clen as early as possible. Hopefully a few hours before your workout and with Taurine/Potassium. You can pretty much take the Nolva + Fem whenever...do it at the same time everyday. I take my Nolva + Fem at night to spread things out cause I take a lot of supplements in the morning.

The clen timing depends on how you respond to it, AM dosing is usually fine for most people, but some need to split into early AM and early PM when hitting the higher doses.

Nolva/letrozole , just take in the morning with your clen. Same OJ mix.

petalpusher, has a good point on taking taurine and potassium about 1-2 hrs before you workout.

Any other benefits of Taurine? Ive heard that when your muscles are overly sore...that could mean a Taurine defficiency?

I found taurine and potassium to be a beneficial ED supplement, even when not using clen. Potassium deficiency is a cause for many problems, including being overly sore.

here is some potassium info:
