Hey guys, I am looking for a little help. I take creatine (AST micronized) 2 times daily, for a total of 10g. I know you are supposed to take it post-workout, but I have heard 2 different times for after a workout, immedaitely, and 1 hour following. Which should I do? Also, when should I take my second serving? Some say to take it when ya wake up, and some say before you goto sleep, and a few others even say to wait 2 hours after your first serving, and take another (the "3-hour window")......Tell me what you think, I wanna make the most out my training.
