When to take creatine and anavar...

When should I be taking my creatine and anavar. I am taking 40 mgs ed od anavar and 20mgs ed of creatine. When during the day should I be taking this?

Split the doses of ox in two. Get more than 20mg of creatine while on AS. Take the Creatine everynight or before you workout.
