when to take clen and t3

how far apart should you take them during the day

example.....

if i was on 60 clen and 50 mcg of t3

start the day with 20 clen and 25 t3 in the a.m...........when should the take dose be taken that day?

T3 you should take on a empty stomach in the morning Clenbuterol I would take in the morning as well so it does not effect your sleep.

if i was running 60 clen............i should take all 60 at once in the a.m. or should it be broken up into doses?

same for the t3..........is it broken into doses or taken all at once?

Take both at the same time broham....t3 has a half life of a day and clen is roughly 36 hours.

It can be dangerous with a lack of knowledge of the substances. But with all of the exp here on EF and other boards....like thesourcecheck.com you will have no problems learning how to use either drugs responsibly.

true.....ive used clen before but it was a few years ago......ive never used t3......

the medical instruction for t3 is

take anytime during the day at the same time every day on an empty stomach wait 1 hour before eating anything..

doc recommends taking upon rising in the morning, and wait 1 hour before you eat.
