the next day after your last dose will be fine, im thinking it has an 8 to 10 hour half life....goodluck

immediately, if you dont know that answer, you dont know enough about var to ingest it, do yourself a favor and read abit more on it, we want people to stay safe.

thankyou for your info, i always was curious as to what you think a good mg amount for a first time cycle? By the way I have been researching it for i while but every now and than i learn or think or something new to ask. thankyou

40-60mg is good for first time around.
