When to start next cycle?

Finished taking Eq and test 100 about a month ago. Just got my hands on some Sust. 250. Did not take anything when I came off of last cycle, but have got some HCG and clomid for this one. I am starting to get the itch to start again. When should I start this one. I have heard as long as you switch and don't stay on one for too long you should be okay.
