Arimidex is a poor choice as far as AI's go. You'll want to use at least 1mg/day because it's weak to begin with. You won't need it until the week you start.
Next time get AIFM or Aromasin for your cycle and PCT

Is Aifm available in Canada yet.? I wanted to get aromasin but my source couldnt find it .. I can pretty much get anything else .

I also cannot get AIFM in canada and have started arimidex,,,1mg per day,,10 days after my 1st inject of t-400/EQ..,This is my 1st test cycle,,doing 600mg t-400/ 600mg EQ per week,,300mg of each Mondays and Thursdays...Instead of the Arimidex,,I cannot get the AIFM,,would you suggest,,Aromasin or letro?? possibly 1.25 mg letro ED??? instead of the Arimidex?do you think this would be sufficient?? Because I can get Aromasin and Letro,,just not sure which 1 is better,,I also have a shit load of Nolvadex/Clomid/Hcg..but thats for my PCT...
