it's been a while since i've read anything about clen. if i remember right u start small and up it one day until you get real jittery and that's how you know how many you're supposed to take. i started taking my t3 and clen. i only took 2 clen and i was a little shaky but nothin really noticeable. do i have it right? will i know when to stop uppin it a tab everyday?
