Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below using rogaine and saw palmeto. should i start it a few weeks before my cycle or should i start it at the same time. i've done a search and everyone seems to agree that this is the best thing to prevent any hair loss. i am also considering throwing in some nizarol or progaine shampoo. i have never experienced any hair loss, but i haven't used AS in about 5 years.
